What the price includes
Hosting, continuous backup, every update released while the subscription is live, and support by phone, WhatsApp and email. There is no separate licence fee, no installation charge and no annual maintenance contract.
Taxes and billing
Prices are in Indian rupees and exclusive of GST, which is charged at the rate applicable at the time of invoice. A tax invoice is issued for every payment and is available in the account under Subscription.
A monthly plan is charged each month on the date the subscription started; a yearly plan once a year on the same basis. Payment is taken through a third-party payment gateway; card and bank details are handled by the gateway and are never stored by us.
Trial, changing plan and cancelling
The 14-day trial is the full software and needs no card. Nothing is charged unless a plan is chosen at the end of it.
A plan can be changed at any time from inside the account. Moving up takes effect immediately; moving down takes effect at the next renewal, so nothing already paid for is lost. Cancelling is covered in the cancellation policy, and what happens to money already paid in the refund policy.
