Return policy

A MedySoft subscription is access to software running on our servers. We do not ship discs, dongles, licence keys, hardware or any other goods, and no delivery is involved. A conventional return — sending an item back within a window for a refund — therefore does not arise.

The 14-day free trial is how you check the software suits your shop before any money changes hands. It is the full product, not a limited version, and it needs no card.

If you have paid and want to stop, the cancellation policy covers how, and the refund policy covers what comes back.

Whatever you decide, the data is yours. You can export your products, parties, stock, bills, purchases and books at any time while the account is live, and for 30 days after it closes. Leaving MedySoft should cost you nothing you put in.

To be clear about a different sense of the word: the software has full sales return, purchase return, credit note and debit note handling for the goods your pharmacy takes back from customers or sends back to suppliers. That is a feature of the product and is unrelated to this policy, which concerns your subscription with us.
